the hotel had a 7/11 in the building. it made it easy to get anything i needed. the rooms were a good size and clean. i thought the outside areas were very nice at night too.
i found the hotel to be very large. there were multiple buildings, so it felt busy. the carpet in the corridor looked dirty and old. the bathroom seemed like it was from 1985, the design was just dated.

a stellar stay in the heart of it all!

I found the staff super helpful, especially with the slight language differences. Check-in was easy with machines available, too. the on-site restaurants impressed me with amazing food at reasonable prices. i loved strolling through the japanese garden both during the day and at night.
The air conditioning was a bit too warm. It couldn't go below 24/25c. after i called for help, they changed the air filter, but it only helped a little, and i waited a long time.

the hotel has taxis constantly waiting outside, and i used them many times when it rained. they also stored our bags after checkout since we had a late flight. the service was quick and efficient.

the grounds are absolutely stunning, and i saw a coy pond with feeding times and a waterfall! there are multiple restaurants on-site. there is a convenience store on the first floor; it was perfect on rainy days.

I found the limousine bus pickup from narita airport just outside, so convenient! a seven eleven in the hotel was great for snacks. they stored my suitcase i forwarded early until we arrived. It was very helpful and eased my travel worries.
the air conditioning in the room didn't cool below 24c, a slight discomfort.

The hotel offers convenient access to a convenience store within the premises. The room size was also quite generous for the location. This was helpful as I had quite a few luggage items. The room also included a kettle..
I found that the air conditioning system could not be adjusted below a certain temperature. It stayed warmer than I would have liked. the limited English proficiency of some staff members made communication somewhat challenging at times.

The hotel had a convenience store right inside. That was super handy. the front desk staff was really kind. the location rocks. It is close to everything.
The bathroom smelled like pee. there was black mold in the shower. That was gross. the mattresses felt hard. i did not enjoy the experience at all.

i found the room temperature too warm. the air conditioning didn't get colder than 24 degrees celsius even after i asked for help.
